请问香港什么时候改成新托阿？谢谢

Really? The staffs in HK Tofel examination center told me they will use ibt after July one week ago. So I am preparing for the ibt now.

I called HK Tofel examination center just now. It is still CBT until the end of August. The schedule of September is not available yet. What a pity!
