顶一下~我也是Joe面试的，3月12号晚上十点。
觉得他的面试题目是固定的，感觉在他桌上有一张问题清单的样子，并没有根据我的回答有任何延伸问题，一上来就说好是7个问题（应该是不把Self-introduction算进去）。相比其他家面试，觉得他的语速偏快。回答的时候互动很少，只会在你回答完之后说Good/Excellent之类的。

4. What can you contribute to Olin
5. What have you contributed to the organizations you have worked for?
6. What factors do you think may impact the industry you are going to worked in?
7. Tell me a time when you learn something very fast.
8. When picking business schools, what factors will you consider?

最后是问他问题，然后他会根据你问的问题在follow-up email里进一步详细解答（给我发了一个网址）。
