我当时闷对的，因为我当时做的时候感觉没有一个答案正确，因此我仍然不是很清楚为何B正确，逻辑链是怎么样子的

我的逻辑链： 雪鹅的数量会导致Arctic Bird的数量减少，而雪鹅又是猎人喜欢的猎物，因此有一个限定：雪鹅的数量减少超过5%的话狩猎就结束，结论：取消这个限定可以增加birds的数量，问削弱

选项B: 因为有了这个限定而导致狩猎时间提早结束的这个现象已经很多年了，这个和结论又有什么关系呢，麻烦哪一位可以帮忙解释下，谢谢NN啦
