The lecture talks about reasons why the 70-million-year-old fossil of T.rex which found recently revealing materials that seem to be remains of blood vessels, red blood cells and collagen matrix in the reading passage is groundless and unconvincing. According to the lecture, the findings about those remains in the reading passage are questionable.

First of all, the lecture indicates that the presence of the soft, flexible organic substance doesn't necessarily represent the remains of the actual blood vessels of T.rex. Because it may be the bacteria made the bone hollows, and it would be possible the vessels were the residue of bacteria colonies. Thus the findings of remains of blood vessels based on the reading passage is unpersuasive.

What's more, the presence of spheres that scientists find is just from the same place, and actually they are from different primitive animals without blood relationship, spheres have different origins, thus the various parts of the inner bone may be just pieces of minerals, not the red blood cells as the reading passage said.

Last but not the least, what contradicts to the reading passage, collagen cannot last so long as the T' rex lived. And there's another possible explanation that the present of collagen came from another much more recent source. For example, it may come from human skin. Therefore, the finding about the remains of collagen as the reading mentioned seems questionable.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is often not a good thing to move to a new city or a new country because of the lose of old friends

Is that really true that we will lose old friends when we move to a new city or a new country? Someone believes that it is the truth. Since when we move to a new place, it is natural that we will make new friends and it may be possible that we gradually lose contact with old friends.   However, in my opinion, it may be not the case for the following reasons.

Just think about the transportation in our modern city. In ancient times, you cannot image that you can get to Hainan which is in the south of China from Beijing, north of China, just in one day, maybe even a few hours. With the development of transportation, we can see that wherever you are, you can get to wherever you want just at most in a few days by plane, high-speed rail and many other advancing transportations. Thus it doesn't matter where you live, if you want, you can see your old friends. Take one of my friends, who study in France now as an example. She has been lived and studied in France three years, however, we are still good friends. She always comes back to China in summer holidays to meet our old friends. We talk and share our own experiences with each other and we all can feel that our friendship will last forever.

In addition, nowadays is the information times. Even if you move to a new city, which is far away from your old friends, you can also contact with your friends with various communicating ways such as e-mail, telephone, internet and so forth. Actually, my friend who lives in France now, usually talks to us on the internet. We chat with each other, knowing what happens to our friends in different days as if we are living close. Thus our friendship doesn't ever change.

As a matter of fact, the key of the question that whether you will lose of old friends or not should be the attitude of making friends. Someone may point out that it is true that the transportation is more and more convenient and we can contact each other with a variety of communicating ways in nowadays, however, it is because that it may be possible that we forget old friends since we will have new friends in a new place. Well, I admit that. However, it is your own choice to make friends and it is the attitude of making friends that lead to different consequences. For example, compared to that friend who lives in France now, Lily, who is our another friend who moved to America a few years ago, does not always contact with our old friends. We can know that her new life in the United States is going well through her blog. So to be honest, it is the attitude of making friends, or in other word, the importance of old friends for you, that matters whether you will lose of your old friends or not.

As an old saying goes, friendship needs operation. The more you contact with your old friends, the firmer your friendship with your old friends will be, no matter where you live.

(没问题~~细节很好哦~~

What's more, the presence of spheres that scientistsfind is just from the same place, and actually they are from differentprimitive animals without blood relationship,
spheres have different origins, thusthe various parts of the inner bone may be just pieces of minerals, not the redblood cells as the reading passage said.

Last but not the least, what contradicts to the reading passage, collagencannot last so long as the T' rex lived
(不准确吧 听力里面说的是骨胶原不能last很长 但没有说骨胶原不能跟Trex活的一样长啊 . And there's another possibleexplanation that the present of collagen came(时态要一致。。) from another much more recentsource. For example, it may come from human skin. Therefore, the finding aboutthe remains of collagen as the reading mentioned seems questionable.

Just think about the transportation in our modern city. Thus our friendship doesn't ever change.

As a matter of fact, the key of the question that whether you will lose of old friends or not should be the attitude of making friends. 这句话不完整 question that 后面引导完了句子,主句没有谓语。Someone may point out that it is true that the even if transportation is more and more convenient and we can contact each other with a variety of communicating ways in nowadays, however, it is because that it may be possible that we forget old friends since we will have new friends in a new place. 前面一个however,然后一个because,句子的逻辑有些问题。鉴于后面还有一个however的转折,这句话改为让步关系,逻辑更通顺些。Well, I admit that. However, it is your own choice to make friends and it is the attitude of making friends that leads to different consequences. For example, compared to that friend who lives in France now, Lily, who is our another friend who moved to America a few years ago,两个who 指代实在晕,可以直接用同位语, does not always contact with our old friends. We can know that her new life in the United States is going well through her blog. So to be honest, it is the attitude of making friends, or in other words, the importance of old friends for you, that matters whether you will lose of your old friends or not.

As an old saying goes, friendship needs operation. The more you contact with your old friends, the firmer your friendship with your old friends will be, no matter where you live.

建议
1.全篇文章中it is。。。太多了,很多就是没有必要的。显得句式过于简单,单调了。
2.那个法国朋友出现太多次了,都是拿一个人举例子的,感觉论据不充分,有凑字数的嫌疑。建议用不通角度的例子。

Parents should help children to do their work or encourage children to do their work independently
Should parents help children to do their work? To answer this question, in my opinion, we should explore the answer of another question: for children, what is the meaning of doing their work. Someone may think that children are not old enough to solve all the problems, thus sometimes parents should help them to solve them. In addition, only if children finally know how to do their work, it doesn’t matter whether their parents help them or not. However, as far as I am concerned, the meaning of doing their work should be developing their critical thinking ability. Thus it is very important to encourage children to do their work independently.

As is known, nowadays education is of great importance not only for children and parents but also for the whole country. Without a good education, children may be not able to find a good job, let alone making contributions to the country. So it is also significant for us to know what the standard of a good education. In my eyes, it should just be developing the critical thinking ability. And doing work independently is beneficial for children to have a good habit once they are accustomed  to think.

Take my personal experience as an example. When I was a middle school student, I always faced with some mathematical problems. One day, my father happened to see my situation that I was frowning to my math work, then he came to me and helped me solve the problem. Thus every time I confronted these problems, I intended to find my father for help even I can slove the problems by myself if I spent more time on doing it. As a result, while I am doing well in my daily math work, I cannot get a good score in math exams. However, things change. When I went to high school, I had to live in the school. Without my father’s help, I had to solve the math problems by myself. Thus I spared no effort to doing my math work and thought every math problem by myself. After a period, I was really doing well in math work and even a lot of classmates came to ask me for help on math work.

From the case, I have learned that it is really important to develop our thinking ability since I really get a lot from the thinking ability. For example, every time I happen to some problems, I will always try to come up with some solutions and this habit to some extent makes me be a leader in my class. Thus it is really a good way for parents to develop their children’s thinking ability by encouraging children to do their work independently.

Of course, It doesn’t mean that parents cannot help their children on the work. What’s my point is that parents should make their children be aware of the importance of thinking independently. In other words, before helping the children, parents should know whether their children have thought the problem by themselves.

The lecture talks about reasons why employees working in four days are not as beneficial as the reading passage said. According to the lecture, the benefits of employees' working four days suggested in the passage are groundless and unpersuasive.

First of all, the lecture indicates that the company profits do not necessarily increase as the reading passage mentioned. It is because by adding new workers, company may spend more time and money on training the new ones. Plus, company have to spend money enlarging office space and purchasing more computers for these new employees. Thus it does not necessarily true that the company profits will increase.

What's more, what contradicts to the reading passage, the employees who work four days a week in the company do not necessarily fell more rested. Because it is possible that the company many find another way to minimize the cost, instead of hiring new workers, it may adjust the employees' time, asking them to do the same amount work of five days in four days. Hence, the employees won't feel rested and thus may affect the company's efficiency.

Last but not the least, the reading passage says that the option of a four-day workweek would be better for individual employees. However, based on the lecture, it is not the case. Since after the option carrying out, the employees have more free time, however, at the same time, they may take some risks of reducing the quality of life. For example, they may decrease their job ability and venture advancing career since they may lose job when the economics in the downturn. In addition, the option is not be beneficial for their career promotion, since the company has to promote these employees who can work five days a week to be managers to continue the company's operation.

For future career success, is relate well to other people more important than studying hard at school?

Nowadays more and more people will question that which is more important for future career success, relating well to other people, or studying hard at school? About the answer to this question, while someone believes that nothing is more important than owning a skill, others may think that even if you study hard at school, you can achieve nothing without a good human resources. In my opinion, while relating well to others is beneficial for your future career, studying hard at school and possessing a real skill is more important.

There is no doubt that studying hard at school is very important, and in some cases, even if you relate well to others, without a real skill, you cannot get a job. In order to own some skills, you should study hard at school. For example, if you want to be a computer programming engineer, however, you cannot even understand the sign in the programming, how can you qualify the occupation? Even if you can relate to your boss and coworkers well, the boss won’t hire an employee that cannot make any profits for him, and also, the other employees won’t help you to do your job just because they have a good relationship with you. Thus to some extent owning a real skill is the key to acquire a job.

It is true that relating well to other people has some business with your future career success since cooperation is more and more important in this society and if you relate well to others, you may get more chances to succeed in your future career. Just think about Ma yun, who is an excellent leader in business area. Without people who are willing to work for him, and if he cannot relate to business partners well, building such a powerful electronic commerce company may be just a dream.

As a matter of fact, relating to others well can help you succeed in your future career, however, having a real skill can decide how bright your future will be. As the case of Mayun talked above, we can see that without the skill of insight in business, Ma yun may not be able to think out a concept of electronic commerce(EC). Without the people who have many different kinds of skills such as computer skills work for him, the concept of EC can be hard to be put into practice. Thus in essence, the skill is the key to Ma yun’s success.

All in all, studying hard at school to own some real skills should be more important to relate well to others for your future career. Of course, if you can do both things well, you can succeed more easily than those who only has either of them.

The lecture mainly talks about an example of a company to prove that having a team of people to perform a project is not so beneficial as the reading passage said. According to the lecture, the advantages of having a team of people attacking a project is groundless and unconvincing.

First of all, what contradicts to the reading passage, the attitude of the people in the team to the group process is not as predicted in the reading passage. The lecture points out just because the team members feel that they cannot get personal pride in the team that they will not make any real contributions. Thus taking part in a group process may be not so rewarding for members of the team as the reading passage mentions.

What’s more, the lecture indicates that it always takes long time for team members to reach consensus, hence highly creative solutions to problems and issues may be not quickly found out  as the reading passage suggests.

Last but not the least, according to the reading passage, it is because that a group is more likely to make risky decisions that there will be many creative solutions coming. However, the lecture suggests that managers in the team might be influential and even a highly idea comes, some members may question about it and it will be finally dropped. Therefore creative solutions not always comes as the reading passage says.
