有申请UIUC的MSA的朋友么

学校现在要求提供毕业证明。我把毕业证学位证的复印件（盖章），且有学校的信封齐缝章，以及公证材料寄给他。他说不认。以下是学校提出的要求：

We need originals or attested copies from the University. It should come in a
sealed envelope. You may have them send it to you and then forward to us, or
have them send it directly to the MSA Program Office.

有没有申请成的大侠帮我看看。他们到底还想要什么？
