Got the invitation for Kellogg telephone interview. Is it a blind interview or not? Pls advice.

mine is a blind one, coz the interviewer told me that she didn't read my application at some point during the interview.

The interview lasted 20 minutes fine. No strange or trickish questions. Just be yourself and it is just talk.
