c/d/e can be eliminated by judging the original part of the sentense. as far as A/B, not any == NO, so for simplicity and claerity, A is better than C

Question 2:

if you use b, what does those refer to? notice, "native american " is corresponding to the "those of" the second part of sentense...

这里比较的还是that后的部分。

that后的部分，谓语是consider，那么补出的助动词一定是do，排除D，E
