这不对啊亲，In 1837年无关的，你把这个定语从句还原了，说的是：great ice sheets existed in what are now temperate areas in an age.ice sheets要比较的时间点不是1837，是这个age，你不能说L A在1837年提出这个观点，所以ice age是过去的过去所以用had,这两句话是一个从属的关系，，说白了就是这个1837年压根跟ice sheets没有半毛钱关系，你要看的就是great ice sheets existed in what are now temperate areas in an age这里有没有一个过去的时间点去支撑它要用过去完成时，因为in which后面这个是修饰成分，不是主句来的，如果是主句你可能还要考虑下跟1987的关系，所以不要考虑这个时态的问题，而且这个修饰成分还是修饰age的，讲这个age曾经存在过Ice sheets，所以这个从句里是没有给你一个时间点的...不知道我这样说你有没有懂.....

哈哈，我有事，先跟你讲你最后的问的那个，你都觉得题干不知所云了那原句还能对吗，当然是往下比较选项，楼主多做就会有感觉得，所有GMAT题做到最后升华的地方就是由做的感觉。而且GMAT很多公理的，多看看曼哈顿语法会有收获的

为什么会对A有偏见，其实露珠犯了一个错误，你不应该去改变原句的逻辑关系，不管哪种表达合理，这都是你自己的主观意思，原句即A选项想要表达的这个意思就是你所说的后者，这个合不合理的问题不是你定的，是出题者订的，（而且我不觉得你所说的这两句话有什么很大的flaw,这不是考点不必纠结）所以亲可以完全不用纠结这个点，你这样就有点钻牛角尖了，Gmat的出题意图不是这样的
所以我的意思是怎么从这种偏见中出来，或者说不在浏览选项的过程中产生这种偏见。（啊，可以无视我，这简直是强逻辑啊……）
