怎么觉得这里A和B都讲的通。


seeming/seemingly 作“表面上的/地”理解。


A中seeming跳跃修饰evils----“表面上的罪”,即“实际上不是”,本来割草就不是罪恶嘛。


B中seemingly修饰lesser----“表面上次要的”,这里是不是反而有些不合适?毕竟割草不算罪恶。

seemingly 修饰lesser更加恰当,表示“看起来更加小得罪恶”。星期天割草,影响邻居休息,在国外是违反了法律。

查一下longman,我们可以知道seeming一般直接加在名词前面。

Seeming:

[only before noun] formal

所以, seeming + adj. 必错,基本上GMAT里的答案都是seemingly.
