收到SALLY的答复说学校一般在收到3900镑后就EMAIL确认录取你了，不再另外出东西了。可是如果他们不再寄学费的发票过来，我没法到银行去买英镑汇钱的，只好又去问。学院到现在也没信儿，开始担心住宿的事情，签证难道就凭OFFER的信就可以办了吗？还请各位前辈指教？多谢！

需要学校给你deposite确认信,当初也给我EMAIL确认，但我还是找他们要了个书面的。
