I do know that location matters a lot for finance-related jobs. However, as I plan to return to mainland after graduation, it might not be such a factor after all, I guess?

In that case, I guess it doesn’t matter thereat much, and then you can anyhow just simply apply to the top programs, and go to the best one which appeals to you most.
