再问一个RON视频里的问题 谢谢大家！！

RON大神说根据句意这个company它announced了两件事 一个是would cut 10 percent 一个是expected to report a loss 我想问的是 这句里expected能不能用expect 省略了would？因为感觉in its third quarter也是未来的事情，但是整个句子都是过去式所以用过去将来时？如果不行的话，那cut为什么一定要用would cut呢？

这句里expect不能跟在would后面。
would在这里是过去将来时，不是表意愿。would expect这里的意思就是“将来会预期到”——预期就是预测将来发生的事，“将来预期到”说不通，或者说“将来”的含义重复了。

cut是要跟在would后面，因为cut是计划中将要进行的动作。

至于expected和谁平行，个人认为：结构上说，跟announced或者would都可以，但是我偏向于would。因为离得近。
不仅是距离上近，而且因为announced后面来了个宾语从句，如果expected跳出从句和它平行的话，一般人会先写expected，再写声明的内容。
放在从句里完全说得通：一方面would cut是计划的动作，另一方面expected是公司的预测；在公司报告里面，一个是行动，一个是结果。

这里Ron说announce 了两件事情，cut 和 expect，那为啥是平行？一个是it would cut,一个是expected啊。。。
