弱弱的问一下工作上这种情况咋办

最近工作上有个promotion（内部级别提升），工作职责变很多，也能写些leadership的事。在更新简历时特别尴尬的是title没变（公司给职位特别保守）

想把这段经历单独分开写，但如果人家一看职位没变那不是很奇怪？ 但如果不分出来的话就体现不出来这个promotion。

请教大家这种情况怎么办？谢谢大家了

其实我觉得不用单独写出来， 因为单独写出来个人觉得也不是有很多加分的。 学校看的主要是工作内容， 如果你就写这一个职位，但是有十几行的description（也就是亮点）， 学校会明白这个职位不是一个简单的基础职位。

如果真的很不一样就分开写呗，职位后面可以加个function的嘛，然后面试的时候可以解释说，因为之前做得很好，所以虽然还没有到promotion的时候，但公司还是给了机会去cover另一块更challenging本来应该由更senior的人cover的工作.

单独写。job function上进步也算promotion

This is not a problem at all! You don’t have to use the company’s official title, but if you really did get a promotion you can make up title that will fit a description of what you are actually doing so that this will become understandable to the outside world.
