I work with New York office now.
So I suggest that if your friend wants to go to NYC, then choose Vandy.
If your friend wants to go Chicago office, then choose ND.
Both schools have very good reputation in job placement, but their target cities may be a little different.
For international students, if she want to have an interview directly on campus, then Vandy would be a better choice. Because the students from Vandy can obtain at least 4 job interviews directly from all big 4, which makes things much easier; and if she goes to ND, she still need to apply for interviews and maybe she cannot get all.

Nope~
Whichever choice she is going to make is correct. As long as she can get a job offer from big 4, any MSA program is ok. The only difference between Vandy and ND is which office she wants to work with more.

楼主，其实我大圣母每年输出NYC也不少，当然Chicago比较多是真的。。Vandy神中之神申不到T T。。其实楼主可以和你朋友说，她/他这么牛去哪儿都能找到工作～
