Kellogg interview waiver...now they want a phone interview

还没拿到,等待中...不过今年结果好像会比较晚出来...以下是我在Status check那里看到的告示：

Kellogg Status Check

Round 2: Application Update
Due to the high volume of applications in Round 2 at the Kellogg School of Management, we are still processing applications. We anticipate completing all Round 2 files by the first week in March. When this process is complete, we will post an update to this page. At that time, if your status has not changed, we ask that you contact our office so that we can personally assist you. Please be assured that your candidacy will not be negatively impacted if your application is still being processed.

I was invited for phone interview on March 1 and had my interview set up on March 10 mid-night (china time).  

It was very very basic... only asked questions from my resume (role and responsibility at work) and interest outside of work. I didn't even have a chance to demonstrate my leadership/teamwork... it was awfully short too... only 28 minutes.. I hate phone interview!!
