今天申进去一看，
Note: An applicant who is currently excommunicated, disfellowshipped, on formal probation, or who has asked to have his or her name removed from the records of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is not admissible until reinstated to full fellowship.
这什么意思？非教友不能申吗。。求教！！！
