Please help with my CMU's phone interview

it's MSF program, not MBA

have no idea how to conduct a phone interview

any tipps or hints will greatly appreciated!

anyone can share his or her experience, or is there any forum that we can discuss it there?

sorry MSCF~~yea, i'm in us, people around me all applied CS, but I switched to finance
so MSCF is pretty good for me

Once CMU gives you offer, CMU will check your background (academic/employment/recommendation) by hiring some investigation company, and applicant should pay $125 for that... I am still thinking about whether to apply or not..Paying for this $125 is not fair...

I heard that  phone interview will ask about your employement/job, why MSCF, and or your future plan, maybe some technical questions.

After you pass the interview school then can consider wjether gives you offer or not...

they accept applications till late March I think, you shall considerit, especially if you have background in engineering and science.

I didn't  know the investigation thing...sounds scary~~~

and some technical questions too? about what? CS or finance? yun le......thank you!

Not sure about technical questions, I guess if your background is computer science, at least some CS question. Actually I've never found on any website whatsoever on what technical questions will be asked, so I guess it varies.
