being 是常见的错误用法，你指的是现在分词/动名词做定语吧？如是，参阅置顶贴中的语法总结。

我记得白大侠说的是现在分词的完成时态不能做名词的定语。此例子不是做定语的情况，是介词with加上动名词的介宾短语。

另外being一般出现在句中做定语时都比较罗嗦，绝大多数可以省略。我觉得好象只有强调时态的时候才正确。
