请问:

面试时一个问题通常要回答多长时间呢? 2- 3 分钟是不是太长了?  一般来说,你们都回答的很细？时间比较长；还是把１，２，３摆上去，大致论证一下，piont 清楚就行了？ 谢谢啦！

interview is an interaction process. the length of your answer depends on the reaction of the interviewer. if he/she is nodding and smiling, that means he/she is interested in what you're talking about. then you can elaborate more on your points. if he/she is frowning, you'd better make it simple and concise.

最好别太细碎。面试人如果是面试n个人的，它很难集中精力听细节，条理清楚，感情充沛就够了。

不用太在意，当作和老师的一次谈话，尽量讲清楚，慢点没关系。
