美国英国基本不需要想了吧。
20-25W的资金真的很难去，美国反正不可能拿很高的奖学金，不要想了。
英国我不清楚，大概不行。加拿大不清楚。
新加坡和香港着重考虑吧。新加坡的学费我不清楚。香港前三所每一所加上生活费都要30W。其中国际商声誉和教学最好的是港科，但是港大回国就业应该比较吃香，毕竟牌子老而大。
就考虑香港和新加坡就好了。然后提醒一下你，现在才准备申请已经有点晚了。香港很多学校已经第二甚至第三轮了。

if there is a financial center taking over the business in HK, it will definitly not be Singapore, most likely Shanghai if there is one.

I cannot imagine the PRC government are willing to set the major finacial centre of it outside it's territories - i.e. militiary control. Indeed no big country will do so if possible.....(e.g. UK's London take over the one in Amsterdam after the Dutch golden age, and New York grow up as an international one after (first/) second world war as US dominate the econ after that......)
One day, when china have a financial centre that is creditable to international investor (or china dont need an international financial centre), HK's role as a financial center will be game over / fade out.

不过楼主干嘛要当成家里贷款呢，当成自己贷款，将来还上呗。不要为了一些利息钱放弃了好学校。其实觉得楼主定位有点低
