hub interview simply means that the adcom will come to a specific location off campus and hold interviews there.

our company is working on a project called" hub expansion". it means to expand our market into low-tier market besides the key cities. hope this help you to understand better.

楼上说的应该差不多。hub有中心的意思，所以hub interview一般会在一些中心城市进行，可以辐射周围地区。比如说西部的旧金山和洛杉矶这种地方一般都会是hub interview的地点。
