答案 D 中的 increased by 是被动语态的用法吗？ 如果是，为什么在 increased 前没有 Be 动词？

如果不是，那么“动词 + by + 数词 ”（increased by 35%）是不是一定要用在被动语态的结构中？印象中这种结构一般都出现在被动语态中，当 “什么物品被增加了35%” 讲。请大神指教指教这个结构的用法，谢谢！

楼主说的increased by不是被动语态呀，increased by是指增加了多少。increase to是增加到多少
看下这个例句：Japan's industrial output increased by 2%... 日本工业产量增长了2%。
所以没有说increase by是一定要用在被动语态中的这样的说法~
