Hi, sry that I cant type Chinese in office.
In terms of internship hunting, IESE normally will organize two or three big recruiting events every year during which most big name company will show up for recruiting.  Besides that, IESE students will have access to internal database from career service in which you will also have a lot of job post. Majority of students get internship from the resources above. Other than that, some students also network themselves to get jobs that interest for them.

Career Service's job:  bring in best employer on campus,  CV review and mock interview training, Career advise and job hunting training etc...

Overall, I would say that if you chose a top-ranched MBA like IESE or any other top schools in US or Eur, the job market you can access and the career service are almost same.  Although you have ample opportunity, winning what you want is always a big challenge.

Hi，我刚报完2017年的IESE MBA，收到了他们19号的Process Interview的邀请。看到可选的时间间隔是15分钟，这个是什么情况呢？请问和普通正式的面试有什么区别？（我人在香港）

Sorry, I just saw ur message. Process Interview in my opinion is an information interview which enable to enhance mutual understanding between you and IESE.
