请教OG 107题，看了OG解释还不是很明白

正确答案是B。  想问一下(D)选项中的“stemming from.....”，答案说“it is not clear what stemming from....refers to,this is a dangling modifier."不明白的是，这里为什么不能理解成stemming frrom 做伴随结果状语呢？这样的话就可以没有逻辑主语来修饰整个句子了吧？来解释前面出现的现象的原因。——不知道哪里理解的不对，求大牛指教！

这里的forcing应该是伴随结果吧？我感觉没有逻辑主语，修饰的前面整个句子~

这个逻辑主语也还是currency，是declined的currency。comma+ving结构的逻辑主语是主语主语，然后修饰整个主句。

D选项还有一个错误就是 It costs about the same to run nuclear plants as for other types of power plants
这里的it是placeholder，还原的话就是 To run nuclear plants costs about the same as for other types of power plants， 不平行。

也就是说，不管伴随状语是结果伴随还是动作伴随，其逻辑主语都是主句主语，这样说对吗？

我是一直把逻辑主语作为判断标准的。
表结果的话，逻辑主语在主句中做的事情同时导致了V+ing的结构的结果。
表伴随的话，V+ing的动作伴随逻辑主语在主句中的动作，不能是其他人。

我想再问一下什么算主句？
还是以这道题的D项为例吧，伴随状语是stemming from，主句是“It costs about...”还是“the electricity they generate is more expensive”?
如果出现    ”一个句子，连词+一个句子，Ving“      的话，伴随状语的逻辑主语应该是第一个句子的主语还是离Ving最近的句子的主语？

我忘了是在OG还是prep上看到一道题是Ving最近的那个句子的主语。因为我有印象是那个句子是一个that做主语的从句。等我找到了再回复一下。
