I also want to apply Kellogg. But it required recommendation letter from the current supervisor of the employer.  I don't want my boss to know that.   Also I don't know which one fit me better, Kellogg or Chicago GSB.   

If you consider salary, Kellogg and Chicago are not as good as Wharton and Harvard for sure.

I personally like Kellogg better. I heard Chicago MBA students are not that team-oriented

as Kellogg's. I had some friends in Kellogg and they said that most applicants rejected by

Kellogg went to Chicago. haha..... of course, it also depends on your future plan. If you

like Finance, Chicago may be better. I was in Chicago for a long time, but didn't know you.
