111 Some people prefer to
spend time with one or two close friends. Others choose to spend time with a
large number of friends. Compare the advantages of each other. Which of these
two ways of spending time do you prefer? Use specific reasons to support your
answer.
Nowadays we are confronted with lots of
questions, the analysis of which will definitely help us make better judgment
in our daily life. Some people prefer to spend time with one or two close friends;
however, as far as I am concerned, I would prefer to spend time with a large
number of friends. In the following discussion, I will reason and provide the
evidence to support my viewpoint.
The most pertinent reason for my view is
that we can get as much as information when we spend time with a large number
of friends. On one hand, the information from one or two close friend is limit;
so you have limit way to get useful information. On the other hand, more
friends make you have more ways to absorb different information; you will have more
choices to make your life more convenient and colorful.
The second reason that can not be ignored
is that spending time with lots of friends will give you more chance to learn
different ways of thinking. As we all know, different people have various backgrounds,
experiences and different advantages. When you befriend them, you can learn
from them and make yourself more intelligent to meet the different requirements
of the society. Furthermore, you will learn how to communicate with different
people efficiently, which will play an important role in your success in the
future.
Last but not least, you can develop the
teamwork spirit when you spend time with lots of friends. When you play
together, you will learn how to achieve the group success instead of individual
success. Moreover, you will learn to help others when they are in trouble. All
these will contribute to shape good characteristics which are very useful in
your daily life.
Some people may disagree with me that
spending time with lots of friends will waste time and sometimes have lots of troubles;
Nevertheless, I have to say that the advantages carry more weight than the
disadvantages. So the sticking conclusion is obvious.
As discussed above, we can safely reach the
conclusion that spending time with a large number of friends will bring us
tremendous benefits, such as more information, more intelligent and the shape
of teamwork spirit.
