我认为D项中的意思表达是：质量决定一个星星是否会压缩成白矮星中子星或者黑洞?而我认为根据A作者想表达的意思是质量决定一个星星变成一个 白矮星中子星还是黑洞，强调“决定变成哪一种”，这不是改变了句意吗？
