首先，darden在我心目中就是最好的学校，我申请到了。

其次，在哪里工作其实根本不重要。关键的是，让学校意识到你所学到的、收获的、成就的。你的成熟和你的潜力。

最后，年轻人在四大或consulting firm呆呆，真的学得比较快。除了审计知识外，stress/time management, communication, reporting, team work等等，还可以进入内部看到不同的成功的企业和人士，接触到不同的行业。四大的生活每天都是充满变数和挑战的，很多跳槽出去的人因为外面生活的稳定和单调还有些水土不服呢。我自认也不是个定心的人，所以不管工作再怎么苦，我呆到了现在。

BTW,总体感觉，四大的背景看来申请MBA不是非常有利，貌似申请到更好的学校的话，就比较难了。

It depends on every INDIVIDUAL.

Just like the graduates of your sjtu, some may go to top firms or top schools, some end up with mediocre ones.

MM说得很对．不过其实不止四大和consulting firm,　许多外企的氛围都是这样的．

We have a Second Year student who got in Emory with 100% scholarship and chose Darden finally. She got fulltime offers from MCK and BCG.

Darden has changed its scholarship policy this year and you should talk to financial office from now, don't wait until April. Darden gave 3 full tuition waive to Chinese students last year and good luck for your scholarship application.
