答案是D
这道题的C和D如何区分呢？我觉得前面的不同都不能作为决定点，而后半部分我个人感觉this person is privy to any comment, 用一般现在时意思更通顺呢

你的理解是对的
前面的不同的确不能作为决定点

关键是两个点：enabling vs. that enables       is vs. will be

1. I saw a man cleaning the floor（cleaning作为修饰成分参照主句谓语的时态，过去时）
2. C选项的enabling 参照uncovered是一般过去时，时态错误（the trick还在enable，不能用过去时）



1. 我们这里不是讨论一个一般性的事情，所以不要用is
2. C选项is后面又是一个is forwarded，没有D选项的will be 和is forwarded表达动作先后次序这么清晰~

但是关于“C选项的enabling 参照uncovered是一般过去时，时态错误”，OG和PREP里都有提到过Was Doing也是表示一种持续到今的状态，好像是只要是进行时就是一种持续的状态。别的题目里也用这个知识点做过判断

然后关于“ will be  privy to ”，正是因为后面是IS forwarded, 所以我觉得前面更不需要用将来时，不然就时态不一致了呀？感觉这两个动作并没有强调先后之分

nope，这里的enabling就是一般过去时，不是过去进行时
