UT Austin 要求中国 学位证通过CHESICC and CDGDC 认证？

刚收到学校招生办公室邮件：

I understand your confusion.  Since the time we spoke, the University of Texas has instituted a new policy to require all documents from the People’s Republic of China to be submitted through the CHESICC and CDGDC verification and electronic transmission system.  The documents you provided to us through HAO will be sufficient to allow your first semester of registration, however, the University will require the submission through the new system in order to allow your second semester of registration.

Please follow the instructions to contact CHESICC and CDGDC as soon as possible.  It will take a couple of months to get the verified documents through that system so it is suggested that you not delay this contact.

这里有没有遇到同样情况的？

这个系统是两个都要联系申请，还是其中一个就可以满足学校要求了？UT怎么这么不一样啊？！

我离开国内多年，国内这一套真不是太清楚。还请大家指点。

原来是乌龙，国际学生办公室澄清了，不需要国内的学位认证。。。。

据我所知，UT Austin对今年秋季的入学的中国大陆学生有新的要求，大学成绩需要CHESICC来认证，学位需要CDGDC来认证。
