they指代的是fish.
they grow naturally指的是fish自然生长
C选项的growing them naturally变成还是 suppliers are growing fish而不是fish自己生长，改变了比较的对象（人工养殖vs自然生长）

DE的they为什么不能指代supplier呢？

我是这样做的， 都有zhey 除了c ,那么 都有指代错误，那就没答案了，那就只有看平行了，就得出了答案

这里的逻辑是：
supplier grow fish（人工养殖）或者fish grow natually（自然生长）.这是两个没有交集，完全独立的逻辑概念。可以对比。
如果用supplier grow fish和supplier grow fish natually比，很明显前者包括后者，属于典型的“对比范围有交集”的错误。
