Hello there good sir,
Well if you want to apply, better do it before your amazing GMAT expires! The TOEFL you can always retake. I think it's a bit easier. Let me answer your questions.
1. Try and make a career plan that stays with the industry you have experience in, and aim for some higher, more important, more managerial job. It makes sense. And it's what you love to do.
2. I would say that the value of a Top US MBA program is unparalleled. Even if you go back to China. If you come back with a degree from Harvard or Columbia or Ross, then it can carry a great deal of weight.
3. Where you can apply to will depend on your ENTIRE profile. But with your TOELF and GMAT you can for sure apply to Top 20 schools. So the Top is good for you!
