请教关于SC全划线句子的省时做题策略

比如这道题，由原句本身存在指代不清，导致作者愿意很难一遍读下来搞清楚。
我的做法是，接着读A-E选项，直到读到C，基本明确了作者愿意，然后仔细看C，发现一个错误，于是接着读D和E，最终认为E是正确的。
如此做法的后果就是，一道题花了2分半才做对，这道题相比较OG其他全划线的题，还算简单的。
请教各位NN，可否分享一下，对于此类原句本来就意思不清晰的全划线句子，如何在尽可能短的时间内做对题。非常感谢！

如果原句本身就非常Confusing，且指代得乱七八糟，就会感到难以通过把modifer快快拎出来，剔除出去的方式理清原文意思。
再比如下面这道题，我看了stacey的讲解，但是我觉得实际考试中，60s左右，是无法进行她说的那么多思维和比较过程的。
