我要是没记错这是我第三次回答类似问题了，说明你要善于使用搜索功能啊！
such as BS是个插入语，不做句子成分，主句中的that不可以代指一个插入语中的名词（因为必须保证插入语拿掉句子意思不变）。
如果按照你的理解，that代指BS的话，such as Bethlehem Steel前后就不应该有逗号。
