求问prep官方上两道语法题以及和GWD的关系

做官方的prep两套模考题，遇到了好多GWD上的原题，这是为什么？求问在真实考试中也会出现GWD的题的吗？然后这些题在破解的prep2012中也找不到是为什么？
然后其中有两题sc的题有点困惑，贴出来麻烦NN给看一下～

正确答案是B,但对E有点疑惑，不能表示目的用to do吗？

正确答案是E, 为什么A不对？过去式可以表示过去发生，但不一定是前任的chair啊，为什么要去掉former？

ps：顺便想问一下prep2012有没有整理的破解出来的套题啊？下到的都是按分类的～

第二题如果选A的话，句子意思为变成：
“做了18年前任主席和28年前任董事会成员的JP”，明显不对。
former不能和延续的时间混在一起。
而E避免了这个问题，又不会缺少former的意思。

第一题。我也考虑过。后来想通了。
to do当然可以表示目的，不能用的原因是to do之外的地方有错误。
注意看E选项 to investigate what the effects changes in working conditions would have on workers' performance， 如果问了what the effects就不能用changes in working conditions，因为changes in working conditions就是修饰说明the effects的，不能一边说不能知道是什么effects（用what effects）一边又明确的说是changes in working conditions这个effects，这不是明显的混乱吗？
这句可以写成：
1、 to investigate what the effects would have on workers' performance（与原意逻辑意思不一致）
2、 to investigate the effects changes in working conditions would have on workers' performance（与原意逻辑意思一致）

第二题。楼上说的对。再简单一点儿就是：做chair of the planning board for 18 consecutive years and a board member for 28 years的时候JP是chair（主席），28年之后才变成former。你说JP是做了28年的主席还是前主席？
如果选A就说JP做了28年的前主席。
