代词“裸奔”问题求指教

问题一：代词裸奔现象
这道题是OG115题，我看了chasedream上"OG13.SC全解终解版1.0版"的讲解，说D选项 错误因为this代词不能裸奔。

A选项是正确的，可是A中的these不是也“裸奔”了吗？为什么还是正确的呢？还有一种说法是代词在做宾语时不能裸奔。我有点分不清楚。求指导。

问题二：同一句话不同代词指代不同名词。
            那么，如果一句话中，有一个名词N被which定语从句修饰了，这句话中，这个名词N还能被it指代吗？
