Pick one from NYU and Columbia. The other two are not on par. If I were you, I go with NYU. Simple supply and demand, NYU churns out less than 40 students a year I think whereas Columbia graduates a lot more (MFE + MSOR + MAFN, doesn't matter what people say, these 3 programs are more or less the same). In terms of overall reputation all over, Columbia as a whole >> NYU as a whole, but, NYU Courant >> Columbia Arts. Just my 2 cents.

Cornell is in Ithaca, not NYC. No recruiters look at quantnet ranking, trust me. Btw, congratulations! All great schools.
