求选校建议。。。UMD & UCSD MSF

UMD：综排不行，但商学院排名高（37还是41来着的），校友多，国内认可度还行吧。项目偏corporate 比较老牌，但好像说比较水。

UCSD：新开项目，只有一年。但综排较高，而且UC系知名度应该还行吧，商学院好像今年是60，去年73，faculty 也不错， 地理位置确实好！！项目偏定量，比较紧凑，但第一年不知道质量如何。

LZ非金融本，以后想做私募、投资那块，求大家的选校意见。。。不要光投票哈，求意见。。。。

PE/VC那边，如果本科出身非名校，业内缺乏人脉和平台，困难会比较多，因为MSF和这个细分子行业本来就不是特别契合。

很多人都想进这行，但是这行的挑战和需求不一定适合你的情况。建议三思。

不过回到你的这个选择本身，我还是推荐一下UCSD吧。

UCSD好很多。DC附近学校的国际学生很难就业。

Thx. 有奖学金还是觉得学习生活会宽裕不少。

Rady的历史不长，用更好的奖学金来吸引优质的学生也是可以理解的。

Dude, seriously think about living in beautiful, sunny Sou Cal versus DC for 2 years. It's 2 years of your life when you'll be passionate, having fun, meeting friends and COMPLETELY emerge yourself. I highly recommend you go to UCSD. It's that much more fun and it will complete change your life.

Because the program offered by UCSD is a 1-year program, I think maybe it is too short. And this program is newly created, so the quality of it is not clear.
And I want to inquire that how is the financial situation in San Diego, and is it convenient for a international student to find a job or an intern?
