答案是A，根据意思应该是just as...,as....结构省略了后面的as而不是just as...作插入语，但我觉得很奇怪的是这样的话为什么convinced that后面有逗号呢？？求牛牛解答~~~

因为that后加逗号：读句子的人会意识到convinced的内容还没出来，后面just的内容显然是插入，帮助理解句子意思。
如果把that放到插入部分的后面，读句子的人会以为前半句在convinced这里就结束了，造成句子意思的混乱。所以如果出现这类在从句中间有插入的，一定要先把从句引导词先放在前面。

所以你觉得应该是convinced that many travelers will still use travel agents   而just as one-third of bank customers still prefer human tellers to automatic teller machines是作插入语吗？

我原来的理解是just as one-third of bank customers still prefer human tellers to automatic teller machines, many travelers will still use travel agents.这整个句子作为convinced that 的宾语，就比如说The experts from the zoo were convinced that the animal was a puma. 不可能在convinced that后面加个逗号啊...

that后面逗号 因为  宾语从句中 开头是个as引导的原因状语从句 其实完全可以理解成 句子插入
