【考试】[讨论]你为什么考LSAT?

For me, it's just something new ( or a challenge rather ) and as a
matter of fact, I am not mentally prepared to stay in school for
another 3 years and be a lawyer. I am still debating w/ myself despite
I put in some effort to prepare the test. The only thing I figured out
now isthat  if I don't struggle to change the career path, I
probably will be stuck at engineering job forever. Which is not bad.
The only problem I don't want to settle on it.

Social status can be a reason but I haven't fully convinced myself what the point is to pursue a so-called higher social status.

i love law,but i hate the system of law in china .there are too many politics in it .

i have learnt the law and economics,it tought me how to look the law and how to treat the law ,it's very different from the Marxism which is popular in china.so i choose to go out for my freedom and dream.

second, killing my time

third, why not further my law study if i am permitted to a top law school?

Training myself for sharpen reading and critical reasoning!

Training myself for quick reading and catching the author's idea.

Training myself to be a excellent lawyer.

However,whether lsat is a only sufficient condition for a excellent lawyer is heavily doubted.

1. Studying Law feels awesome.

2. Studying law is the best and quickest way get everything you want, i.e. money, social status, knowledge and self-esteem.

More importantly, you can compete with others in a global scale.

考LSAT的唯一目的是申请北美JD，就和中国的高考差不多。

除此之外还能有什么目的，总不至于吃饱了撑着去考考玩玩吧

I want to make a change.My days now are too boring.

And I crave for new things. To attend LSAT undoubtedly offer me the chance of tasting new things.

Interest might be another factor but not the essential one.
