嗯，还有一个语法想问一下，我经常看到ＢＥ　ＴＯ结构，我不太明白，它是不是相当于ＢＥ　ＧＯＩＮＧ　ＴＯ呢

比如说下面两个句子，我把我要问的结构都打了引号了：
