I received the invitation of telephone interview so it was done by Adcom officer.

General questions like your self introduction, why MBA, why Rotman, your leadership & teamwork, etc.

I remember a special question about your understanding of "Integrative thinking" which is Rotman's self-claimed feature.

Actually I am in China, and may have less understanding than you of job market in both Canada and US. I also got an MBA offer from US, and my plan is: If I get US visa first, then I will go to US. If I am denied, Canada might be a back-up for me.

delphine18, Yes! I agree with you. I only applied to Harvard and Chicago in the US, which so far have had no confirmations.  I received wonderful scholarship from UC Irivne and came to love that school.

When I wrote Rotman's essays, I thought they were quite general and nothing significantly different from those of other B-Schools. Do you have any specific questions regarding the essays?
