I suggest going to the websit of Tepper. there are several Chinese students' email addresses. I contacted one of them for information and got very warm reply.

I got waitlisted on R1. Completed the interview last Dec. Who will interview you? The style might be different for an old lady interviewer from a young one. I was interviewed by Carolyn. Basically, the questions are standard: why MBA, why Tepper, etc. My special case is that she asked me a lot about my startup experience. Besides, she seemed to enjoy things outside professional things in that she even asked me whether I cook, what Chinese DVD would I recommend, and talked briefly about Yao Ming when she learned that I play B-ball a lot. I felt the interview went well. But I think Tepper gives way too much preference to GMAT. If you got a decent score, there should be no problem for you to get in. Good luck!

我这周五也收到了，Tepper反应还蛮快的。如果不能去美国，是不是只能电话面试了？我看网站上的Event没什么最近出来面试的信息。搞不懂为什么要打电话预约。

我有个朋友电话面试过，那时候给这个朋友的建议不多， 准备好常规问题。电话面试也尽量自己穿正式点，对方能感觉到你的认真。 同时， 千万不要读准备好的冬冬， 面试官能听出来在读的，他们就不听了。。。GOOD LUCK

我的面试是和Laurie做的,很nice的lady. 第一个问题是"what's the meaning of your Chinese name". 之后是"why u choose your undergraduate major", 然后go through 了resume上的一些细节.比较具体问的就是"what's ur greatest accomplishment in work".

除了professional以外的,会问一些个人爱好,业余活动.总的来讲,还是比较常规的问题. 另外还可以准备一两个问题问问面试官,这样表示自己对学校真的很care.

我听说,他们的admission officer 回在2月份到中国,如果能"面试",效果可能会比"电话"要更好吧.
