为什么b不能看成是省略了主系的壮语从句。

b改成“when”就对了，相当于when they are woven into.....

用“when to be”好像句意不对，to be该是目的吧，这里是同时发生。

这是一个条件句，不能用when引导。另外条件句也是状语从句，when引导的是时间状语从句，if引导条件状语从句。如楼上所说，时间状语是真实存在，条件状语是可能存在，放在一起相互矛盾。

我知道的是：when 的壮语从句省略形式必须同时省掉从句主语和be动词。如果改成when就对。
