Hi my friend, and thanks for your question! As you may know, your scores are less than competitive, but you do have a major advantage: your rich work experience. Considering your background, I think schools like USC, UMich, and Texas A&M would all be great options. However, I would also suggest that you seriously consider your career goals and future plans, considering that you’ve already got so much experience. In your essays, be sure to fully explain your motivations for wanting to attend each program, your expectations from a Master’s education, and finally, your plans after graduation. These are all critical for a successful application. Hope this helps!
