你去中欧商学院或者长江那边去问问，看能不能做个intern或者visiting researcher. 如果拿到那边的信你申请的概率就会大增。如果手上有paper的话就更好了，good luck!!!

finance博士申请的人很多，而且这两年就业越来越不好。在北美top 30毕业的回国的也不少，我觉得你多了解一些没错的。毕竟要花5年读博，别盲目。

True, but these are exceptions. More importantly, some finance PhDs go back to China not because of the "tough" job market in the US as you mentioned but because an unusually attractive opportunity comes their way--almost always one offered by a top business school, either standing-alone (e.g., Cheung Kong) or affiliated with a university. Evidence is provided by the fact that normally one can find finance PhDs from North America (or PhDs in other subjects) ONLY at top business schools in China.

恩，我觉得finance还是机会比较多。肯定比理工科的博士机会多多了。anyway，我搞mkt的所以对finance了解的不多

准备申请finance，但是还在纠结中，来美国三年啦，再读个PhD那就８年。我怕撑不住啊。

要是石沉大海的话就毅然回国啦！！
