Kelley likes students with good oral and written English. I agree that their interview is kind of test of your oral English.

个人感觉，这家学校的interview主要是为了看你的真实英语实力，或者说口语的实力。也可能是我的运气比较好吧，闲聊的话题都挺对路的，很轻松就搞定了

我想他们主要也想看看你的表达，待人接物阿，等等。从直接的电话里可以听出点感觉的。还有就是，我觉得他们基本早就录取你了，如果你的表现没有特别差强人意的话。

恭喜你！Kelley是非常好的学校。enjoy your life there!

I just had the interview with an associate director last night. All the questions are related with my personal background, including why Indiana, leadership experience, extracurriculm activity, future career plan. The guy is nice but he told me that my admission decision would be decided by the committee and he just hands over all the materials to the committee.
