Hi my friend, and thanks for your question. My honest recommendation would be for you to first work for at least one year, and then reapply after that. As you know, you have very good GMAT and IETLS scores, but the major problem is that your GPA is less than competitive. You need to further improve your potential as an applicant by gaining real-world experience and also recommendation letters from within the industry. The added benefit of working for a while is that it will also help you better understand what you want out of your career. Hope this helps!
