一道CD上都讨论的题目，但是我的困惑是在与正确答案B里面，it has already stimualted中的it指代是the new maritime code，这里的先行词不会离it太远了吗？还是说我在钻牛角尖？有没有NNk可以解答一下吖～～～

纠正一下，这个是第115题吧。
我理解这里的it指代，还是比较清晰。前面虽然有很多先行词，除了主语the new maritime code以外大部分都是复数，加上主语本身的地位更高一些，所以指代关系是不会产生歧义的。

因为it可以指代的单数就只有 new maritime code啊，所以指代没有任何问题。
