【西班牙IE Business School】 MIF面经---回馈CD

昨晚Skype面了70min，感觉论坛里的MIF面经还是比较不全，希望自己做出点贡献补充一下。

LZ是211金融小本一枚，GT刚过线，绩点86，有交换科研paper学生会等，在某券商投行部、咨询、四大审计有实习。

LZ和大多数人一样，开始的时候并不知道这个学校。我是偶然在全球金融排行榜上（http://edu.163.com/13/0520/14/8VAV6V9R00293NVO_all.html#p1）发现它排名第7的，与Stanford和Insead这种大牛们并列，所以就去了他们的官网想搜搜Finance项目。后来发现原来在任何商学院排行榜上它都是Top 10的。当然，选校不能只看排名。我发现这个学校真的很吸引我（项目结构，网页视觉舒适度，班级构成，还有非常出色的校友就业情况，并且我希望学些西班牙语that is a plus in IB；同时，LZ希望中年以后去欧洲MBA然后争取留下，而IE在欧洲的名气非常大，不输LBS）。于是打算尝试着申请一下。12月初提交的网申，昨天Skype面的，面试官是一个上届校友，现在英国央行工作。

真心求offer。总的来说，这个面试面面俱到（从academic到extracurricular到professional到behavirol到technical到logical）。现附上能记住的一切问题。
1. Why IE？Why MIF？How will this program help you?
2. If enrolled, what can you contribute
3. Talk about a course that you dislike. Why
4. Talk about a course that you like. Why
5. Talk about a course that may not useful for now but is important
6. How is your academic record

7. What do you learn from your first internship
8. Tell me something that I can't see from your CV
9. Tell me about an difficulty that you met in your internship
10. Talk about a situation that your boss was not satisfied on you
11. IE Business school use a competitive grading system(A B C D), have you ever approached it, how do you feel

下面几个问题是因为LZ想从事IB，所以问的问题比较有针对性，有很多是从我的回答中衍生出的。
12. How do you evaluate a company?
13. How to process a valuation? What is DCF method? What to compare with the sum of future cash flows
14. Other valuation multiples?(PE, PS). Then what is PE, PS?
15. Which courses do you learn about accounting?
16. What do you know about Private Equity?
17. What is the leverage?
18. Do you know Sharp Ratio?
19. Do you watch news? What is the current yield of U.S. 10-year bond? And that of German?
20. What do you know about US government XX policy? (I said that US was easing QE) Then why US did that? (To evaporate its debts by adjusting exchange rates). Then How did it influence on exchange rates?
21. What is your career goal? Any target company?

22. How many footballs does Spain sell every year? Why

23. You can ask me questions
